Frequently Asked Questions:
Q : I have an innoXplore iX-T01 Travel Plug Wifi Router. I tried to change the password but the webpage froze. Now it is impossible to access the router.
A : After changing the password of the router, the webpage will show no content because the password changed. Please log out of internet and connect again to attempt to access it.
If the problem still persists, please go to the Network and Sharing Center in your PC. The system will allow you to re-enter the new password link after you removed the original memory of passwords.
Alternatively you can reset the device. This is how this can be done.
While the iX-T01 is plugged into the wall power outlet, please press the reset button for 6 seconds. The device should go back to factory settings.
Q: I can't detect the Wifi network from iX-T01. The Wifi LED is ON but switches off after 5 seconds.
A: Please reset your iX-T01 with the procedure described above.
N.B. there is a new Firmware update (released on 19 august 2013) that addresses problems with public networks without passwords. See the top of this page for the download link.
